The concentric lug butterfly valve boasts a streamlined central design, with its stem precisely aligned at the center of both the disc and the valve body. Its external lugs enable direct bolting to pipeline flanges, thereby simplifying end-of-line maintenance and enabling single-sided disassembly. Specifically, cast iron lug butterfly valves are equipped with hard-backed seats to ensure reliable bidirectional sealing. The butterfly valve seat is designed to be replaceable which offers cost-effectiveness.The ductile iron concentric lug butterfly valve is widely used in water treatment, firefighting, HVAC, mining, marine and other marine industries.
