The valve body is constructed from ductile iron (GGG40), while the disc features nylon-coated ductile iron, offering superior corrosion resistance, low friction, impact resistance, and long-term durability. Notably, the valve seat incorporates a replaceable design with no backing plate, effectively reducing maintenance and replacement costs. However, the pressure rating is limited to a maximum working pressure of 1.0 MPa.
