In water treatment and various industrial scenarios, flanged butterfly valves serve as key components in pipelines. Flanged ductile iron eccentric butterfly valves integrate high-strength ductile iron valve bodies and discs, replaceable rubber O-rings, an eccentric design, and a flanged structure for pipeline connection, ensuring the stable operation of the pipeline system.
Ductile iron double eccentric butterfly valves feature an eccentric design where the valve stem is offset from both the centerline of the sealing surface and the centerline of the pipeline and valve. When the double eccentric butterfly valve is opened, the disc can quickly disengage from the seat, which largely eliminates unnecessary excessive extrusion and scraping between the disc and the seat, reduces opening torque, minimizes wear, and extends the service life of the seat. The internal components of the butterfly valve are made of different materials according to the customer’s specific operating conditions.
