A flanged butterfly valve is a quarter-turn valve with integral flanges on its body which bolt directly to matching pipeline flanges. It controls fluid flow using a rotating disc. valve body is constructed from ASTM A216 WCB cast carbon steel, offering excellent mechanical strength and pressure resistance.

along with superior environmental temperature adaptability, maintaining good performance even at lower ambient temperatures.

Valve Body: Carbon Steel WCB, suitable for high-temperature and pressure applications. Compliant with ASTM A216 standards.

Design & Flange: Double flange (RF or FF), rated for ANSI Class 150 or PN10/16/25 (AWWA C207, AS 2129, JIS 5K/10K). Ideal for systems requiring a solid, bolt-through connection.

Seat: Resilient EPDM for standard services, with PTFE or metal-seated options available for extreme temperatures or chemical compatibility.

Actuator: Multi-turn electric actuator with IP65 (or IP67, IP68...) enclosure. Standard 24VDC, 220VAC, or 380VAC supply. Features manual override, integrated controls, and configurable feedback signals.
