Ductile Iron NRS Resilient Seated Flange Gate Valve

Flanged ductile iron gate valves are widely used in fields such as water supply networks, fire protection systems, and industrial water systems due to their advantages of reliability and low economic cost.

Engineered for durability and a bubble-tight seal, NRS gate valve combines the strength of a ductile iron body with the proven performance of a Non-Rising Stem (NRS) design and a resilient elastomer seat.

Flange-mounted non-rising stem gate valve with fixed stem, compliant with EN 1092 standard, featuring a resilient seat and full bore design, conforming to EN 1074-1 and EN 1074-2 standards. The valve body and bonnet are constructed from GGG50 (EN-GJS-500) ductile iron. The valve stem is manufactured from cold-rolled stainless steel conforming to EN 14028. The gate disc is fabricated from GGG50 (EN-GJS-500) ductile iron and fully vulcanised with EN 681-1 EPDM rubber.

Face-to-face dimension complies with EN 558-1. Internal and external coatings comprise electrostatic sprayed epoxy resin conforming to EN 30677.
