When the process media would degrade most elastomers, integrity depends on an inert barrier. Engineered for severe chemical duty, flange butterfly valve features a PTFE-fully lined flow path—body and disc—creating a complete corrosion-resistant seal that isolates the fluid from all metal components.

KEFA VALVE manufacture full PTFE lining flange butterfly valve specifically for handling aggressive acids, alkalis, solvents, and high-purity fluids. The PTFE lining offers exceptional chemical inertness and a smooth, non-stick surface, ensuring reliable shut-off and minimal contamination in the most demanding applications.

Constructed for Chemical Integrity:

Lining: Body and disc are fully encapsulated or lined with virgin PTFE, providing a uniform, gapless barrier.

Body: Ductile iron, Carbon steel or stainless steel exterior, with PN6/10/16 150LB flanged connections.

Sealing: PTFE-to-PTFE seating surface ensures leak-tight closure and broad chemical compatibility.

Temperature Range: Suitable for service from -20°C to +180°C (dependent on concentration and pressure).

Produced under controlled conditions to maintain liner integrity. Each valve undergoes individual hydrostatic shell and seat testing to guarantee performance before leaving our facility.
