Engineered for the most demanding services, this wafer butterfly valve is equipped with a full PTFE seat and a PTFE-encapsulated disc, creating a completely isolated, corrosion-proof flow passage.

Tianjin KEFA VALVE Co., Ltd manufacture PTFE full lined butterfly valve specifically for applications where metal contact with the fluid is unacceptable. The PTFE-to-PTFE sealing ensures exceptional chemical compatibility, a smooth surface for sterile or sticky media, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range. Designed for Aggressive & Pure Service: Ductile iron body, epoxy coated (standard). 316 stainless steel or other alloys available. Disc & Seat: 100% PTFE encapsulated disc and full PTFE seat liner, ensuring complete fluid isolation from metal components. Pressure & Temperature: PN10/16, ANSI 150# rating, suitable for temperatures from -10°C to +150°C. Size Range from DN50 to DN500. Operation: Manual lever, gearbox, or factory-fitted pneumatic/electric actuation with corrosion-resistant finishes. Standards: Suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, and high-purity applications. Produced and assembled under controlled conditions to maintain material integrity.
