Replaceable Rubber Butterfly Valve Seat

When a valve seat wears out, the entire valve shouldn't need replacing. Engineered for maintenance efficiency and lifecycle cost savings, our backless, fully rubber seat allows for quick field replacement without replaced the wafer or lug butterfly valve from the pipeline.

Made entirely of high-grade EPDM or NBR elastomer, this seat is highly elastic and provides a reliable, bubble-tight seal. Its unique backless design simplifies installation—workers can easily stretch and fit it into the valve body groove, drastically reducing downtime during repair or overhaul.
