Stainless steel double plate check valves are divided into rubber seals and metal seals according to their sealing materials. Their main components are all made of stainless steel, which gives them a wider range of applications and service life.
Dual disc check valves rely on water flow and springs to achieve valve closure, thereby preventing medium backflow. They can be installed in both horizontal and vertical directions, but special attention should be paid to the direction of the valve shaft at pipeline bends to reduce the impact of fluids with different flow rates on valve plate opening and closing.
Double plate check valves are divided into three connection methods: wafer, lug, and flange. Among them, wafer check valves are more widely used. Stainless steel dual plate check valves are mainly used in water treatment, fire protection, petrochemical, power, papermaking, and pipeline/pump systems in high-rise buildings.
