The three eccentric metal seated lug butterfly valve adopts a three-dimensional eccentric structure, and the valve seat adopts a multi-level hard sealing structure or a full metal sealing structure. It is a high-performance butterfly valve product that operates stably in high temperature and high pressure environments. The protruding ear hard seal butterfly valve is widely used in industries such as power, water supply, heating, petroleum, chemical, natural gas, metallurgy, etc. It is applied in various pipeline networks to cut off or regulate the flow of media.
Triple eccentric lug butterfly valve, due to the direct contact between the valve body and valve plate with the medium, has different material choices when facing different media/temperatures/pressures. It is also because of its wider range of material selection and more standardized application scenarios, especially in large caliber applications. With its zero leakage advantage, it is constantly replacing gate valves and ball valves in the direction of shut-off valves.
