Wafer Butterfly Valve with VITON/FKM/FPM Rubber Seat

The structure of the butterfly valve is simple, and it can be closed by rotating the valve stem 90 °. Wafer-style butterfly valve features a premium FKM seat, providing excellent chemical resistance to oils, aromatics, and acids, and can withstand temperatures from -5°C to +150°C. Constructed with ductile iron body and stainless steel disc (with full ductile iron option).

Butterfly valves are designed for bi-directional shut-off in PN10/16/150LB systems. Available in sizes DN50 to DN300, it can be operated manually or fitted with pneumatic/electric actuation.

The FKM seat is precision-molded and installed in our facility, ensuring compatibility with high temperatures and a wide spectrum of corrosive media, offering reliable performance in refinery, chemical, and high-temperature hot water systems.

As the manufacturer, we control the specification and installation of the FKM seat. Each valve undergoes hydrostatic seat testing under relevant temperature simulation to ensure seal integrity before it leaves our factory.
